По его словам, период высоких ставок и жесткой валютной политики сделали то, чего банки и государство не могли добиться в течение долгих лет.
«Население наконец-то вытащило деньги «из-под подушки» и понесло на депозиты. Сработал страх упущенной выгоды: когда человек видит высокие ставки, а его накопления спрятаны дома, то он буквально чувствует, как теряет деньги. А люди очень не любят что-то терять. И вот уже полтора года формируется новая модель поведения: «получил зарплату — отправь деньги на вклад». Многие стали активнее пользоваться счетами с ежедневным начислением процента, доход по которым раньше был практически неощутим. То, что еще недавно казалось неважным, стало финансовой нормой», — пояснил Николай Молчанов.
Он отметил, что после неизбежного снижения ставок вкладчикам потребуется определенное время, чтобы привыкнуть к новым реалиям.
«Да, в будущем ставки упадут. Доходность будет скромнее. Однако исследования показывают, что к радикальным изменениям люди адаптируются быстрее, чем кажется. Даже внезапные масштабные события, такие как выигрыш в лотерею или паралич, приводят к изменению чувства счастья лишь на какое-то время. После чего настроение возвращается к привычному для нас уровню. Это работа психологической иммунной системы, защищающей нашу психику от экстремальных воздействий. Для большинства событий помним важную цифру: 2-3 месяца, срок, в течение которого в большинстве случаев чувство горя или счастья «сбрасывается» до привычного уровня», — рассказал психолог.
Он пояснил, что даже при резком, двукратном снижении ставки разочарование пройдет быстро. А вот новая привычка — «хранить деньги в банке» — останется.
«Ведь теперь уже отказ от депозита станет потерей. Скорее всего, мы увидим не бегство с рынка, а поиск новых стратегий, очередной виток роста финансовой грамотности населения. Если банки обеспечат психологически легкий переход с депозитов в иные финансовые инструменты, то деньги населения не вернутся «под подушку», а пойдут в чуть более рискованные, но доходные инструменты. В том числе и на рынок IPO, приблизив тем самым выполнение задачи Президента по удвоению капитализации финансового рынка к 2030 году», — резюмировал Николай Молчанов.
