Девелопер STONE планирует построить жилой комплекс общей площадью 69 тыс. кв. м в Обручевском районе на юго-западе столицы. Проект предусматривает создание полноценной инфраструктуры, включая коммерческие и общественные пространства, отвечающие потребностям будущих резидентов. Об этом рассказал главный архитектор Москвы Сергей Кузнецов.

Жилой комплекс бизнес+ класса STONE Grain появится по адресу: Старокалужское шоссе, владение 64. Архитектурную концепцию проекта разрабатывает бюро Kleinewelt Architekten. Он будет состоять из двух корпусов, объединенных стилобатной частью с гранд-лобби, где расположатся многофункциональные общественные пространства с рабочими зонами и местами для отдыха, а также инфраструктурой для детей.
«Архитектура комплекса основана на принципе контраста и противопоставления. Жилые корпуса имеют разную высоту и форму. Архитектурной доминантой станет 45-этажная башня высотой 165 м. Рядом разместится более камерная 20-этажная башня, призванная уравновесить ансамбль и придать комплексу гармоничный облик, сочетающий монументальность высотной архитектуры с уютом и приватностью»,— отметил Сергей Кузнецов.

В высотной башне объем здания завершают модули со ступенчатой конфигурацией, благодаря которым в квартирах появляются видовые террасы. Выразительным архитектурным элементом фасада станут выделенные пояса с балконами галерейного типа. Более компактная башня формирует сдержанный силуэт, архитектура которого становится отсылкой к европейскому стилю со скатными крышами. В верхней части этой башни также предусмотрены двухуровневые квартиры с террасами.
Жилые башни в составе STONE Grain имеют индивидуальные архитектурные решения, которые при этом наследуют единый дизайн-код. Гармония внешнего облика достигается также за счет использования единой цветовой концепции и увеличенной площади остекления. Прием цветовой растяжки от темно-серого до белого цветового решения позволит добавить эффекта легкости жилым корпусам и усилить ощущение воздушной перспективы.
